This is my third or fourth order. I love all of my hoodies and the team was amazing to work with when I needed to delay the shipping on my order. Definitely recommend.
Working with predominantly neurodivergent clients, i know that the traditional mental health strategies such as gratitude journals aren't effective. I have shared some of the prompts from the grievance journal and have actually been able to see that it could be effective for my clients learning to identify boundaries and sensory issues! Love the binding and quality! Will prob buy more!
I LOVE the cardstock and the affirmations! Ironically, I've shared them with my therapy clients and you might have some more orders! Traditional gratitude journals don't work for most of my patients so the Grievance Journal is a realistic way of getting folks to really drill down and address boundaries and even sensory issues!
